Walk for Alzheimer's
WALK FOR ALZHEIMER'S 2018
Named “Walk for Memories” before 2016, the Walk has a "new" title and a fresh look meant to unite all Canadians under one movement. Last year, The Walk For Alzheimer's raised over 5 million dollars across Canada last year alone. With your support, the Walk will remain the Alzheimer Society’s biggest annual event.
As part of this movement to unite all Walks across the Country, the Alzheimer Society of Hastings-Prince Edward has begun moving our large Walk events from January to May and June, taking place in outdoor locations to foster a larger community event for the entire family. Our Bancroft Walk for Alzheimer's is our last January Walk, taking place indoors at the Hastings Centennial Manor. Together, on January 28, we raised over $20,000. Thank you to everyone in the North Hastings community for their overwhelming support.
