Make your voice heard
The Federation of Quebec Alzheimer Societies is the provincial spokesperson for all quebecers affected by Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia at all levels of the government.
But we can not do it alone. By working together we can offer the best care for today and the best hope for a world without Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia.
We need your help!
Dementia affects everyone, not just the person with the disease. The Petition for a National Dementia Plan to the Minister of Health and the House of Commons will help us get this message across.
The petition asks for a national dementia plan for Canada, a call to action supported by the World Health Organization, the Canadian Medical Association, and the Wait Times Alliance.
With your help, this petition will put pressure on the federal government to develop a national dementia plan.
To make your petition count, please collect a minimum of 25 signatures from Canadian residents, addresses included. You can download the form here, print it out, and then mail it to the address below.
Please send your petitions to:
Kirsty Duncan, M.P.

Thank you for doing your part in the fight against dementia!
