Saving graphics to your computer:

Right-click on the link of the file and ‘Save’ to your computer - save it in a spot where you’ll find it in easily


Using the graphics on your social media:

In Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, upload the image you just saved.

Create a Facebook event:

Create a new event (Home > Events > Create Event) and enter the date, time, place, and details. This allows your friends/invitees to RSVP. Use Facebook Event Graphic as the picture for your Coffee Break event.

Create an invitation to send by e-mail

If you would like to send personalized Coffee Break invitations by email, click here to access a simple-to-use Word document. Follow the instructions below to download, amend the file with your Date and event Location, save, and send.

PC Instructions

  1. Download the .doc file
  2. Open file in Word
  3. Change the two lines of text
  4. Select File > Save As
  5. Select a location to save the file, click the Next button
  6. From the File Type dropdown menu, select PDF and click the Save button
  7. Attach the PDF to an e-mail

Mac Instructions

  1. Download the .doc file
  2. Open in the Pages application or Word (whatever you use)
  3. Change the two lines of text
  4. Select File > Export to > PDF
  5. Select Quality > Best and then click the Next button
  6. Select the location to save the file to and click the Save button
  7. Attach the PDF to an e-mail

a) At the end of your post, type @AlzheimerSocietyofOxford

b) The most effective social media posts have a personal feel. If you have a connection to Alzheimer's disease or other dementias, write from your heart.

I’m excited to be hosting a Coffee Break fundraiser in support of programs and services at the Alzheimer Society of Oxford.
