First Link Referrals

If you have a family member or friend who is concerned about their memory, has a diagnosis of Mild Cognitive Impairment or is living with Alzheimer's disease or another dementia, we are here to help. 

The First Link Intake worker can connect you to health services and information in your community from assisting with diagnosis throughout the progression of the disease. The Alzheimer Society of Oxford has a wide variety of programs and services to assist you.
