30 Days to Better Brain Health Challenge

Did you know that maintaining the health of your brain can be fun? It is never too soon or too late to make the lifestyle changes necessary to help improve your brain health; changes that may also help to reduce your risk for Alzheimer's disease or other dementias. That's why the Alzheimer Society of Thunder Bay challenges you to participate in this year's 30 Days campaign to achieve better brain health.

This all-ages challenge features daily activities to demonstrate ways that you can keep your brain and body healthy and active! The Better Brain Health Challenge asks participants to complete daily tasks that work to: challenge their brains, be socially active, choose a healthy lifestyle, and protect their head. Feel free to share your participation photos on the Alzheimer Society of Thunder Bay Facebook page (LIKE our page here).

Complete at least 15 challenges and return your calendar to the Alzheimer Society of Thunder Bay by July 10th 2015 for your chance to win prizes!
