What are Mindful Meet Ups?

These are one hour opportunities to meet up and stretch your brain muscles (and sometimes your other muscles!). People living with dementia and all Grey-Bruce seniors are invited to join us on Zoom and take part in these wonderful opportunities for learning.

These sessions are completely free and happen on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 10am - 11am. Attend them all or just the one that interest you! Either way we look forward to including you in a meet-up!
