Memory and Aging Program - Four Weekly Sessions from June 2 - June 23

Tuesdays, June 2, 9, 16, and 23 from 10:00 am - 12:00 noon.

Our popular Memory and Aging Program is aimed at people of retirement age or older who are interested in learning about memory changes that normally occur with age, and strategies to improve their everyday memory performance. Developed through Baycrest Health Sciences Centre.

A workbook needs to be purchased prior to taking the course: $25 picked up at the Clinton office or $30 mailed to your address. Scholarships available.

What is the difference between Alzheimer’s disease and Dementia? This session provides an introduction to the most common types of dementia including Alzheimer’s disease, Vascular, Lewy Body, Frontal Temporal, and mixed dementia.
