Join us for our evening support group in Niagara Falls on the last Monday of each month!

Join us in person for our evening support group in Niagara Falls on the last Monday of each month!

Do you feel alone on your journey as a care partner to someone who is living with dementia? Join other care partners for peer support and to learn new strategies that may help to decrease your stress. Each group will be facilitated by one of our counselling staff.

Please note:

Attendees must have at least two doses of a Health Canada approved COVID-19 vaccine. Please bring proof of vaccination with you to the group.
Attendees are not required to mask but are encouraged to when physical distancing is not possible.
