Join us in person for our Support Group in NOTL the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month!

Do you feel alone on your journey as a care partner to someone who is living with dementia? Join other care partners for peer support and to learn new strategies that may help to decrease your stress. Each group will be facilitated by one of our counselling staff.

Please note

All participants must have at least two doses of a Health Canada approved COVID vaccine (please bring proof of vaccination with you)
Masks are not required for clients but are recommended when physical distancing cannot be practiced
