This online facilitated group is intended to connect people who are caring for a person living with Young Onset Dementia (dementia diagnosed prior to age 65).

An invite will be sent to you by email with instructions so that you can join us either by phone or Zoom on the 1st Wednesday of each month from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm.

This online facilitated group is intended to connect people who are caring for a person living with Young Onset Dementia (dementia diagnosed prior to age 65). The intent of the program is to offer a place where care partners of people living with Young Onset Dementia can access support and engage socially.
