Minds in Motion® is a physical activity and brain stimulation program for people with dementia and their care partners.

4-part series offering an opportunity for families and friends of individuals with a diagnosis of dementia to learn more about dementia, develop caregiving strategies, and become familiar with community resources and supports.

A 6-week session for care partners with a family member living in long-term care.

This presentation will discuss the difference between changes that come with normal aging and when something is not normal, reversible causes for these changes, and a general understanding of dementia.
