Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Office Manager provides leadership to the Finance and Administration team and plays a key role in supporting the Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan's vision and mission. This position helps ensure efficient, transparent, and effective administrative and financial operations while fostering clear communication and alignment with organizational goals.
The Office Manager oversees office operations across multiple locations, including leases, contracts, insurance, capital assets, and facilities management. Working closely with their team, they ensure staff have the workspace, technology, training, and support needed to succeed, while maintaining effective systems and processes that enable the organization to maximize its impact in communities across Saskatchewan.

The Dementia Helpline Coordinator plays a key role in supporting people living with dementia and the family members and friends who care for them. Through phone and email communication, this position provides information, guidance, and referrals to Alzheimer Society programs and services, and to community resources throughout Saskatchewan.
The role helps individuals and families navigate the dementia journey by connecting them with appropriate supports and services as needs change over time. Responsibilities also include facilitating virtual education and support programs that increase understanding of dementia and promote quality of life for those affected.
