GIVINGTUESDAY is a movement that unleashes the power of radical generosity around the world.
#GivingTuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. We are so excited to have your help and 'do good' in our community.
The Alzheimer Society Waterloo Wellington is proud to be able to participate in collaboration with Home Instead Foundation this #GivingTuesday. On November 30th, 2021 make your donation count and 'do good' in your community.
The funds generated from our #GivingTuesday campaign will stay local and will be used for your family, friends and neighbours living with dementia. Funds support our mission and vision of alleviating the personal and social consequences of Alzheimer's disease and other dementias while helping to promote research and education.
Home Instead Charities is matching the dollar amount for each donation up to $5,000 per organization. If you donate $50 we will receive $100, donate $100 and we receive $200! It is important to make your donation early, to ensure that it is matched dollar for dollar.
People living with dementia and their care partners are socially isolated due to the nature of dementia. Our programs and services provide a sense of purpose and support for OUR clients.
This November 30th, consider joining us to help support your neighbours living with dementia by 'doing good'
Alzheimer Society Waterloo Wellington is challenging YOU to unleash the power of radical generosity by donating to our #GivingTuesday campaign!
