Testing Luci, a personalized, advisor-assisted digital program for adopting brain-healthy lifestyle habits
What is this Study about?
The purpose of our study is to evaluate the efficacy of Luci, a personalized digital program for adopting brain-healthy lifestyle habits.
The goal of Luci is to help participants improve their habits in the areas of healthy eating, physical activity, and intellectual stimulation.
To do so, the program offers:
• 18 virtual meetings over 24 weeks
• A library of educational and practical content
• Tools to support participants in their journey
If the efficacy of Luci is demonstrated, the program could be made available on a large scale to promote the adoption of brain-healthy lifestyle habits.

This study will take place entirely online. After completing a series of questionnaires, participants will be randomly assigned to one of the following two groups:
1. The first group will have immediate access to the Luci program, including 18 virtual meetings over 24 weeks
2. The second group will access the program in one year
Regardless of their group, participants will need to fill out questionnaires at various points: after 12, 24, and 52 weeks.
