Understanding the Needs and Gaps in Support for People Living with Dementia

What is this Study about?

This study aims to identify the gaps in the community-based supports and services to meet the needs of people living with dementia and their care partners. We hope that the findings will help inform the development and improvement of programs and services.

Participation involves completing an online survey that will take approximately 15–20 minutes. The includes multiple-choice and short-answer questions. At the end of the survey, you will be asked to participate in a follow-up interview. If you answer yes, you will be directed to another page where you can share your email address. The survey can be completed independently or by phone call, or virtually with a research assistant. We will then ask those who complete the survey if they would like to participate in an interview to share more about their experiences. Participation at any stage is completely voluntary.
