Help us improve First Link® dementia support
At the Alzheimer Society of B.C., we’re continuously striving to provide the best support possible for people affected by dementia and have begun an evaluation review of all our programs and services to do so. We’re asking people who access First Link® dementia support, health-care providers who have referred people to the Society and members of the public to participate in an online questionnaire being conducted by the University of British Columbia on behalf of the Alzheimer Society of B.C. to improve our services.
By providing anonymous feedback on our First Link® dementia support services (support calls, dementia education, support groups and Minds in Motion®), anyone can help us ensure we’re meeting the needs of people affected by dementia. Surveys take approximately 20 minutes and participants may choose whether to take part in a follow-up phone call after they have completed the questionnaire. All feedback is valuable and participants will remain anonymous.
Even if you haven’t used or referred to First Link® services your input will be appreciated. Take the survey now: https://bit.ly/firstlinkeval.
