Developing a Provincial Dementia Care Pathway Using Co-Creation Research
What is this Study about?
Overall aim is to co-create a person-centred dementia care pathway that uses participatory action research and design thinking methodology. We are currently recruiting for the Project Advisory Council to help guide the project over the next two years.
What Will Happen in This Study?
The participant(s) will be involved in the Project Advisory Committee by attending virtual meetings quarterly for approximately 60 mins from 2023 to 2025.
Who is Eligible to Participate in this Study?
You are eligible to participate if you are living with dementia or MCI or caring for someone living with dementia or MCI
