A Study of LY3372689 to Assess the Safety, Tolerability, and Efficacy in Participants With Alzheimer's Disease
What is this Study about?
The purpose of this phase 2 study is to assess the safety, tolerability and effect of study drug LY3372689, compared to a placebo in participants with early symptomatic Alzheimer's Disease.
What Will Happen in This Study?
Participants will receive study treatment or placebo administered orally for up to 124 weeks.
Who is Eligible to Participate in this Study?
To be eligible to participate in this study, you must meet the following criteria:
- Age 60-85
- Early symptomatic Alzheimer's Disease (AD), mild cognitive impairment, or mild dementia due to Alzheimer's disease
