Community Week

Community Week is a series of events across the province. Join us to learn more about living well with dementia and local resources available to help.

Community Week is a week-long series of events held province-wide. These events aim to provide education on dementia-related topics, Alzheimer Society programs and services and other community resources to help individuals on their dementia journey. These events will increase awareness of dementia and Dementia Friendly Communities.

Our 2024 Community Week will be held from September 21-28, with events in seven regions across Nova Scotia. Registration and more details will be available soon! In the meantime, please save the date in your community:
