Connections Hub is a social group for people living with dementia.

Connections Hub is a social group for people living with dementia. The program provides a safe, friendly space where participants can connect, converse, and share experiences. The program is virtual, allowing group members from across the province to join from the comfort of their own home.

Connections Hub runs on the first Tuesday of every month from 10:00 – 11:00 am.

Eligibility

Participants must be living with dementia and an interest in engaging with peers through social connections.

Previous participation in Shaping the Journey and Coffee and Conversation programs are recommended.

Shaping the Journey™ is a program designed for people with a recent diagnosis of early-stage dementia, and a care partner, family member, or friend.
