Mobile Rural Navigator, Part-Time - Southern Alberta

Join the Alzheimer Society of Alberta and Northwest Territories as a Mobile Rural Navigator (part-time, remote) in Southern Alberta and make a positive impact for people living with dementia in rural communities. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, deliver support and education programs, facilitate outreach, and build relationships with local health professionals. Ideal candidates are motivated, self-directed, and passionate about human services, with relevant education or experience and strong communication skills. Regular travel within the region is required, and you’ll benefit from flexible hybrid work, wellness support, and ongoing professional growth.
