The Alzheimer Society Peel is pleased to invite our clients, employees, and community partners to participate in an anonymous survey we are conducting as part of the Society’s strategic planning process.

The Alzheimer Society Peel (ASP) is pleased to invite our clients, employees, and community partners to participate in a survey we are conducting as part of the Society’s strategic planning process. We’re working on our 2023-27 Strategic Plan, which guides how decisions are made at the Society: how money is spent, which programs we run, how services are provided, and the current direction of ASP’s mission, vision, and values. As part of this process, we want to know your vision!

Your feedback will help us to better understand what is most important to you and your vision for dementia care across our region. All feedback is kept anonymous and will be managed by our Chief Strategy and Privacy Officer, Shelly Melnyk.

This short survey will be open from May 15th, and closing June 4th, 2023.
