Living Safely with Dementia in the Community

Are you or someone you know living with dementia? Join us for this informative, interactive session where we will share safety solutions and resources available for those living with or caring for someone living with dementia. As more people live independently with dementia, it is important to understand the potential safety risks and to develop a plan to help them live well and safely within our community. Whether you are concerned about yourself, or are a care partner for someone with dementia, this session will help you develop a plan of action to help reduce those risks and live safely. The Finding Your Way program and Vulnerable Persons Registry will also be introduced.

Presented by Christine Wright- Education Coordinator with the Alzheimer Society Sarnia-Lambton. There will be time for questions.
