Job Status: Permanent Full Time - 35 hr/week

Starting Wage: $22.00/hr + Benefits & RRSP Contributions

Reports to: Executive Director & Resource Development Coordinator

Hours of Work: 8:30am - 4:30pm. Mostly weekdays but weekends and evenings may be required.

Job Location: Sault Ste. Marie

Primary responsibilities include assisting to plan, promote, and execute Alzheimer Society fundraisers and events through clear marketing, social media, and traditional media outreach. Also handling day-to-day administrative tasks, keeping track of event results, and build strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and volunteers.

In-Home Recreation Therapist - Elliot Lake

Job Status: Permanent Full Time - 35 hr/week

Starting Wage: $21.50/hr + Benefits & RRSP Contributions

Reports to: Manager, Respite Services

Hours of Work: 8:30am - 4:30pm. Mostly weekdays but weekends and evenings may be required.

Job Location: Elliot Lake, Blind River, and other North Shore communities

Primary duties include developing individualized recreation/activity treatment plans, conducting weekly in-home programs to provide client activation and care partner respite, and evaluating the effectiveness of the programming.
