Client Service Facilitator

This entry level position focuses on developing the necessary skills to support Persons Living with Dementia and their Care Partners. Through hands-on experience in our adult day programs, training, and education, you will develop the skills necessary to successfully support individuals who are afflicted with Alzheimer disease or related dementia and their Care Partners.
