Care in the Later Stages (virtual), July

As York's Jaime Cruz hosts a virtual education session titled Care in the Later Stages, a three-week workshop to help enhance care of people living with dementia at the end-of-life and provide supports for the caregiver. The session takes place Tuesdays July 6-20.
