As York's Jaime Cruz hosts a virtual education session titled Care in the Later Stages, a three-week workshop to help enhance care of people living with dementia at the end-of-life and provide supports for the caregiver. The session takes place Tuesdays July 6-20.
The free virtual education series is four weeks and includes: What is Dementia?; Adapting to Brain Changes; Planning Ahead; and Building a Circle of Support.
The First Link® Memory Café Program on Zoom is a collaborative program run by Mosaic Home Care and AS York for those living with memory issues and their caregivers.
