Persons living with dementia are invited to meet regularly to advise the Alzheimer Society of Durham Region on the development of programs to support and promote persons living with dementia to remain active and engaged in their communities.
Advisory Committee Members will play a leading role in the development of our Dementia-Friendly Communities Program.
