January is Alzheimer’s Awareness month and to commemorate this the Alzheimer Society of Prince Edward Island is teaming up with colleagues across Canada for #ConnectionsMatter.

We are honoured and thrilled to host our 9th Annual Alzheimer Awareness Conference on Thursday, January 28, 2021. This event is designed to provide meaningful learning opportunities for care partners, individuals with dementia, health care professionals and the general public.

We’re hosting an online auction! As the holidays are quickly approaching, we wanted to create a fundraiser that highlights Island businesses and encourages our community to shop local for gifts this year.

We know people miss connecting with each other, so in response to COVID we have moved some of our support groups online. We're offering groups using Zoom technology throughout PEI.

Our office and phone lines remain open. We can be reached province wide at 1-877-628-2257. We are accepting client phone calls and scheduled meetings. We are not accepting any unscheduled visits at this time.

Our Evening to Remember Gala is an enchanting evening, filled with superb food and drink, comedy and live musical entertainment to support the Alzheimer Society of Prince Edward Island.

The Dementia Friends Leadership Luncheon is an annual event that provides the Alzheimer Society with an opportunity to recognize volunteers and caregivers.
