Give a Monthly Gift

Becoming a monthly donor is the easiest way for you to give.

Our monthly donors support local families living with dementia through every step of their journey. Your gifts are the cornerstone in helping people live well with dementia, right here in our community.

Your donation will fund social recreation programs like Minds in Motion, the Early Onset Adult Day Program and the Walking Club. It will also fund support groups, one on one counselling, educational workshops, and in home connections through our Friendly Visiting program.
