Options for Care

Options for Care addresses care decisions such as community care options and placement to Long-term care.  Options for Care is offered in two parts:

  • Part 1:  Options for Care in the community
  • Part 2:  Options for Care: Navigating the Long-term Care system.  Long-term Care Placement Coordinators from the Local Health Integration Network: Home and Community Care will be in attendance for Part 2 of Options for Care

Participants may register for one or both parts of this course.  There is no fee to attend.

Please note:  Options for Care is designed for family and friends of a person living with dementia and is not suitable for professional caregivers.
