French Language Services Client Survey
To help us improve our French-language services, we invite clients to share their feedback through our bilingual survey. The survey is available both online and as a printed copy at our reception desks.
Our satisfaction surveys are offered in English and French and include a standard set of questions from the Alzheimer Society.
