Roseanne Leonard is Executive Director with the NL Association of CBDCs and has worked in small business development for 15 years. She has studied at MUN and has an MBA and a Masters Certificate in Project Management. She volunteers with several non-profits and is an active volunteer with the Alzheimer Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
