Monthly Caregiver Support Groups

Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Northumberland, and Haliburton

Support groups offer caregivers a chance to share their experiences with people who understand their situation. It can be a great way to reduce stress and learn new strategies for effective caring. If you are already a client, please contact your Client Support Coordinator for support group availability in your area.
