Ray of Hope Campaign

Ray of Hope is a business-to-business campaign featuring Northern Aliens and was created to raise awareness about dementia. Businesses host Ray, share photos, pledge to become dementia-friendly, and help raise funds. Together, we’re building a more connected, informed, and supportive region.

Meet Ray and Hope - Two Northern Aliens on a Mission to Make a Difference

Support Ray & Hope’s Mission - Donate, today!

Ray and Hope are handcrafted wooden alien sculptures created by Terrace Bay, ON artist Terry Bell, known for his iconic Northern Alien figures. To us, they symbolize curiosity, connection, and the spirit of the North.

To learn more click here, or visit Northern Aliens on Facebook.

Both, Ray and Hope are traveling across the region and visiting local businesses to raise funds and awareness for dementia and to inspire more inclusive, dementia-friendly communities.

By hosting Ray or Hope, businesses and organizations spark meaningful conversations, show their support, and help fund local programs.

Be part of the journey. Help spread awareness, build community, and bring hope to those affected by dementia. Sign up at anytime by emailing bmoore@alzheimerthunderbay.ca or by filling out the participation form.
