Walk for Alzheimer's

Thank you for showing that you care about people living with Alzheimer's and dementia in our community. Because of you, the Alzheimer Society Waterloo Wellington has had the privilege of helping thousands of people-- and we hope that you'll stand by us as we work to help thousands more.

We're proud to announce a big change coming in 2018: our Walk For Alzheimer's will be held on May 27, 2018 rather than January. Walks will take place in over 150 communities across all of Canada, and we are excited to join Alzheimer Societies across the country in unity. Together, with your help, we can create a national movement to raise money and awareness for families impacted by this disease.

Did you know that the Walk For Alzheimer's is the Alzheimer Society's largest national fundraiser for Alzheimer's disease and other dementias? The best part? All of the money that you raise supports the programs and services offered in your community that improve the quality of life for people living with dementia and their families.

The Walk For Alzheimer's website won't officially launch until February, 2018, but you can start fundraising offline using the pledge form.
