Volunteer Services Coordinator - This position manages volunteer intake, training and orientation. The Alzheimer Society of Waterloo Wellington currently has 100 volunteers in the program, administrative and other support roles. The Volunteer Coordinator also assists the Special Events and Social Media Coordinator for events and social media. This position falls within the fund development department of the Society and its activities, which contribute to the fund development objectives of the organization. Administrative Assistant Fund Development  - Reporting to the Director of Fund Development, the Administrative Assistant will support the Fund Development department. Experience working in the non-profit sector would be helpful, as would experience with fund development. The Administrative Assistant should be self-motivated with excellent Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint skills. This role will also support special events, including technology support and online marketing. Experience in graphic design tools, image conversion and manipulation software is preferred. Experience in Razor’s Edge is a definite asset. This position is currently a hybrid position, requiring the use of a home-based office as well as scheduled days to work in person.
