January is a busy month at the Alzheimer Society of Huron Perth. This year, our national campaign is Community Changes Everything. In Huron Perth, this couldn't be more true. From the Polar Bear Plunge in Goderich to Soup's On and Lights On in Stratford - our community is strong.

Goderich Art and Awareness Display - starts January 5

January 5 - February 11: Goderich Co-op Gallery, 54 Courthouse Square, Goderich, ON N7A 1M5

Check out our display at Elizabeth’s Art Gallery! This show is a retrospective of the creative ways our clients and the community have used art to connect across communication barriers. Our collection includes art pieces from our Timeslips Exhibits and Minds in Motion participants.

Awareness Month Movies - February 2

Join us at the Huron County Museum (110 North Street, Goderich) for our Awareness Month Movies. This year's movie selections are: The Cuban and The Artist's Wife. Admission free; donations gratefully accepted.

Huron Library Tour - Howick Township, February 10

Polar Bear Plunge - January 1, 2023

Huron Polar Plunge!

Thank you to Patrick Armstrong and team from Huron Area Search and Rescue (HASAR). Along with the help of HASAR and our supporters, the first Huron Polar Bear Plunge raised over $12,000 to support the Alzheimer Society Huron Perth and HASAR.
