Diet and Brain Health: How we should eat as we age

An internationally recognized expert in nutrition and aging, Dr. Keller's research focuses on preventing and treating malnutrition in hospitals, long-term care, and community settings, particularly among older adults living with dementia.

Drawing on the latest research, Dr. Keller will discuss dietary patterns that support cognitive health and highlight emerging trends in nutrition and dementia care. Attendees will gain practical, evidence-based insights into how food choices can contribute to brain health throughout the aging process.
