Huron Polar Plunge

Plunge into the brisk water of Lake Huron with the support of HASAR volunteers including the trained members of the Special Operations Rescue Team for Ice and Swiftwater Rescue. Pledges support the work of HASAR and Alzheimer Society Huron Perth.

Jump into the new year by taking the Huron Polar Plunge!

Returning for the 4th Annual event, we invite you to challenge your friends, family, neighbours, and co-workers to register for and gather pledges in support of the Huron and Area Search and Rescue (HASAR) and the Alzheimer Society Huron Perth.

Plunge into the brisk water of Lake Huron with the support of HASAR volunteers including the trained members of the Special Operations Rescue Team for Ice and Swiftwater Rescue.

Come out and enjoy beautiful Goderich on New Year’s morning!

TIME: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
LOCATION: Goderich Boat Launch
Located on the north side of the harbour, accessible from North Harbour Road.

Suggested items to bring: Water shoes or something to wear on your feet, and a towel or housecoat.

Hot drinks will be provided as well as changing tents.

Raise $100 or more and receive a Huron Polar Plunge Toque.
