The Memory and Aging Program is a four week program that discusses what memory is, how it changes with age, and when to be concerned. Brain healthy lifestyle choices and practical memory strategies are reviewed and practiced.

The St.Marys In-person Memory and Aging Program takes place:
LOCATION: Friendship Centre, 317 James St S, St. Marys
DATES: Wednesdays, October 1 - October 22
TIME: 2:00 - 4:00 pm

COST: $25 includes MAP Workbook and classroom materials. Payable first day of program.
