The Memory and Aging Program is a four week program that discusses what memory is, how it changes with age, and when to be concerned. Brain healthy lifestyle choices and practical memory strategies are reviewed and practiced.

LOCATION: Riverview Garden Retirement Centre, 10 Romeo Street North, Stratford
DATES: Thursdays, May 1 - May 22, 2025
TIME: 2:00 - 4:00 pm

COST: $25 includes MAP Workbook and classroom materials. Payable first day of program.
