The Memory and Aging Program is a four week program that discusses what memory is, how it changes with age, and when to be concerned. Brain healthy lifestyle choices and practical memory strategies are reviewed and practiced.

LOCATION: Zion Lutheran Church, 202 Erie Street, Stratford
DATES: Mondays, October 20 - November 10
TIME: 1:30 - 3:30 pm

COST: $25 includes MAP Workbook and classroom materials. Payable first day of program.
