Help and Support

Whether you want to learn more about the programs and services we offer, or find dementia-related information specific to your needs, the Alzheimer Society has the education and resources to help you.

Do you live with dementia or know someone who does? You are not alone.

In response to the recent declaration of emergency in Ontario, our office, and many of our programs and services will remain OPEN, following all COVID-19 safety protocol. Some programs are being run in a virtual platform, including all of our social recreational programs. You will be contacted about any changes in your scheduled programming.

 Please note the following:

  • Appointments are required for service. We will not be seeing walk-in clients.
  • All visitors will be screened at the door.
  • Masks are required upon entry to our office.
  • You are required to sanitize your hands upon entry at a designated station.

Please be patient as we are minimally staffed in the office at this time.
