First Link® Learning Series

In depth education sessions to help people living with dementia, and their family members and friends to live as well as possible with the disease.

The sessions offered build upon each other to provide a comprehensive overview of Alzheimer's and other dementias and teach the skills needed to provide day to day care, understand changes in behaviour, personality, and communication, coping strategies, available resources and support, and care in the later stages.

Wellness, Connect & Care

The Wellness, Connect & Care program is open to all seniors and provides experiences of healthy active living, social connection, engaging activities, and health and wellness education. Join us for arts, music, games, storytelling, and discussion groups.
Registration may be required.
