Memory Rock Garden Planting Social
Join us for a special morning of gardening and remembrance placing rocks, planting, and light refreshments! Open to all.

We’re inviting you to be part of a heartwarming community event as we refresh our Memory Rock Garden, honouring people living with dementia. Come dig in the dirt, plant vibrant flowers, and place hand-painted rocks that were painted in honour of loved ones living with dementia created during the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s.
Whether you’re a green-thumbed pro or just enjoy being outdoors and lending a hand, your presence will help cultivate both beauty and meaning.
Date: Tuesday, July 8
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: Alzheimer Society Charlottetown Office, 166 Fitzroy Street, Charlottetown
Feel free to bring a pair of gardening gloves or your favourite spade. We will have some gardening equipment available for use.
Light refreshments will be served.
Registration is required.
Let’s grow hope, connection, and memories!
This event is a dementia-friendly and senior-friendly environment, and we welcome all persons living with dementia, caregivers, family, friends, kids, healthcare professionals, and the public to join in on the fun!
