This presentation will get you thinking about how your lifestyle affects your brain health, and know that there are changes you can make to reduce your risk of dementia.

Managing the modifiable risk factors of dementia through our lifestyle choices are proven to improve health outcomes and delay the onset of diseases such as dementia.

Through our lifestyle actions, 40% of dementias can be prevented.

We hope that you come away from this presentation with the ability to identify changes you can make in your daily life, understand you can decrease your risk of dementia while improving your health, and know that the Alzheimer Society is here to support you.

It is never too early or too late to reduce your risk of dementia and promote brain health.
