Enhancing Care for Dementia Care Partners

Did you know?
Our Enhancing Care Programs for family caregivers are now available online! If you are caring for a family member who has dementia, you can now join an online group to learn more about what you can do to best support the person you care for. You will be provided with dementia education, problem solving skills, and communication techniques to enhance your caregiving abilities.

How do I get involved?
Both of these programs are free of charge. Caregivers are welcome to self-refer or to be referred by a health care professional. Referrals and questions about this group can be sent to:
