Memory Cafe Hartland

The Memory Café is a free monthly program for people living with dementia and their families to meet others, learn, and have fun!

Organized by passionate and dedicated community volunteers, the Memory Café provides people living with dementia and their circle of care with the opportunity to meet others on the dementia journey in a stigma-free environment.

Each month, the program features an educational presentation on a different topic followed by entertainment and refreshments.
