Minds in Motion® Presents Walk & Talk - Sackville

Sackville Visitor Information Centre

A physical activity and mental and social stimulation program for people living with early to mid-stage Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia.

Join us for a walk around the Waterfowl Park followed by social time and light refreshments.

The Alzheimer Society of New Brunswick is joining forces with the Municipality of Tantramar to deliver a weekly Walk & Talk that encourages participants to stay active, socialize with others, and boost brain health.
