Are you supporting someone living with Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia? Join our U-First!® for Care Partners training—a specialized program designed for family members and friends providing direct care.

U-First!® for Care Partners is a free, evidence-informed training program designed to help you better understand dementia-related behaviour changes and respond with greater confidence.

This interactive workshop will help you:

Better understand behaviour changes related to dementia
Build confidence in your caregiving role
Enhance well-being for both you and the person you support
Strengthen collaboration with the care team

As part of this program, eligible participants may receive up to $160 to help offset the cost of respite care during the training sessions.

Spaces are limited—register today and feel more confident in your caregiving journey.
